My Journey from Educator to Instructional Designer
With over a decade of experience in education, I know what it takes to connect with learners and inspire action. But my passion for design and innovation led me to instructional design, where I use my teaching expertise to create impactful, learner-focused training.
Today, I design solutions that not only engage but also deliver measurable results.
My Process
Analyze
I conduct needs assessments, learner analysis, and performance gaps analysis to understand the current state and define the learning objectives.
Design
I create detailed design plans, including storyboards, instructional strategies, and visual layouts, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and outcomes.

Development
I build the learning content, using multimedia tools and technologies to bring the design to life, including interactive elements, videos, quizzes, and simulations.
Implement
I oversee the rollout of the learning experience, ensuring smooth delivery through platforms, facilitating any necessary training, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Evaluate
I assess the effectiveness of the learning experience by gathering feedback, analyzing learner performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve future iterations.

Micro-Learning
I had the privilege of volunteering at Rumie, a non-profit dedicated to making accessible micro-learning content. As a Squad Lead and Learning Designer, I led a team of content creators to develop micro-learning “Bytes” that help many learners worldwide.
