Title: Working in health care? Follow these tips to develop your verbal communication skills
Aim: This course is geared toward adult learners who work or aspire to work in the health industry. It provides a range of important oral communication skills when dealing with patients and colleagues.
My role: Instructional Designer, Graphic Designer. and Researcher
Solution: Design and develop an objective-aligned microlearning with a social-media aesthetic, optimized for digital devices. The Byte includes animated GIFs, TikToks, Youtube videos, short quizzes, and other interactive elements that keep learning engaging.
Lesson Learnt: A Byte may be a short focused microlearning course, but it still requires proper research and a similar development process as a full-fledged eLearning course.
